We collect only the personal information necessary to deliver our services, manage donations, coordinate volunteers, and maintain our website (e.g. name, contact details, NDIS details, payment information). We use this information solely for the purposes for which it was provided and never share it without your informed consent—except where required or permitted by law.

Data Retention
• Website comments: Comments and associated metadata (e.g. name, date) are retained indefinitely to streamline moderation and follow‑up.
• Registered users: If you create an account on our site, your profile information is stored until you request deletion. You may view, update or delete your personal details at any time (usernames, however, cannot be changed once set).
• Service records: Participant, donor and volunteer records are retained in accordance with legal, administrative and funding requirements.
